老師說練瑜伽最基本也是最重要的就是呼吸,老師耐心教導後,練習時,可以慢慢不憋氣,配合呼吸,讓動作進步很多,我做的幅度大了許多,越來越接近標準,並且我能我某個生疏的動作停留很久,身體也能變得比較協調。

2.這個教室說是五星級,但是教室裡省到連燈都不開,雖然採光通風很好,但在天氣不好的日子戶外較沒日照或冬季或陰雨棉棉日子也不開燈,根本影響上課品質。
3.瑜珈墊聲稱有在清洗,但是同個位子上了一整年,殘缺的瑜珈墊一樣在那個位子那個角度,說有在清洗其實有待質疑,怎麼這麼剛好都有做記號放哪個位子的瑜珈墊再放回原位嗎?。
4.廁所牆角靠近垃圾桶處被學員滴到經血,已經有一個月以上都乾掉留下黑色記號了,強烈質疑廁所到底是有沒有在洗的。
5.教室或學員休息室的地板一直都是灰塵很重,腳踩地板上都有沙沙的感覺,也不知道有沒有在擦地板的,反應老師都說有。

4. Menstrual blood was dripped by practitioners in the corner of the toilet near the trash can. It has been drained for more than a month, leaving a black mark. It is strongly questioned whether the toilet is being washed.
5. The floor of the classroom or student lounge has always been heavily dusty, and there is a rustling feeling on the floor when you step on it. I don't know if anyone is wiping the floor.

上課中,藉由老師的引導,學習放鬆中的感覺,並學習與自己的身心對話,了解身體哪些地方可以改善
下課後也能跟老師做討論,老師們都很親切!
老師說不要太注重動作的強度,要循規蹈矩,注意動作、呼吸的調整,因為學習瑜珈是快樂的!所以不要勉強自己,只要在自己的身體承受範圍內,有感覺的去練習,慢慢的就會上手了
學員內的相處氣氛也很融洽,大家都像一家人一樣,不用擔心自己新生一個人去會不會害怕,大家素質都很好、很熱情
