★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大年初五意外到來，我們用餐時間已晚，但是接待人員（可能是老闆娘），態度依舊親切熱情，說話也幽默可愛。
餐點部分比較久，因為只看到她一個人忙進忙出，不過不枉費等待，東西真的好吃且平價，如果下次還有造訪嘉義，希望還能再度光顧。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老闆娘在疫情期間苦撐讓我佩服，我偶爾來用餐，固定吃某種口味香檸雞肉白醬麵，（以前還有水果沙拉，希望未來還有），今天換吃蒜香炒麵，本來出門前已經吃了兩顆叉燒包很飽，結果吃了蒜香炒麵，超開胃的，我連盤底湯汁都吸光了，下次要點大盤的。老人家想吃焗烤，以前來一次回味無窮，再來還要來，所以我今天是陪老人家來吃的。因為是一人主廚，現場人多要耐心等餐，急件可電話預訂餐或預訂位先點餐會做好先上菜。（因為我沒耐心等，都會先打電話確認）
