一、【財團法人瑞泰老人長期照護中心】沿革：
本中心成立於八十七年二月，原名為“嘉義市私立瑞泰養護中心”，機構收容性質由安養到目前的長期照護，於九十年九月更為永續經營，改制為法人，更名為“財團法人嘉義市私立瑞泰老人長期照護中心”。 二、專業的照護團隊：
◎聘任充足的專業護理人員、照顧服務員及專任的送(陪)診人員。
◎免費協助申請殘障鑑定、農殘給付及相關社會福利，提供各項補助諮詢。
◎與各大醫院特約：定期巡診、營養評估、健康諮詢和復健免費接送服務。
三、環境設施：
為營造健康的銀髮世界，在考量老人的生活習性及活動空間，本中心設有3000坪之庭園廣場，空氣清新，充滿陽光綠地及大樹，並緊臨劉厝里萬坪社區公園，是長輩安養的最佳場所。
四、各項復健器材：
設有物理治療區、職能治療區及復健步道，購置相關器材及 配備，每日安排活動時間表，依表陪伴並協助長輩復健。
