★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 之前很喜歡來洗頭，覺得服務態度很親切過程也很滿意，但近期兩次來明顯感覺到不如以往的使用感受，很多步驟都被省略（洗頭前的按摩跟第二次洗頭會有一小段頭皮按摩的時間都沒了，只剩單純的清洗），總時長也縮短許多，有種被敷衍的感覺，可以體諒人潮多時人手不夠，或是貴店的員工訓練有所改變，但還是希望每次都體驗感受能盡量相同?

However, the recent two times I have obviously felt that the use experience is not as good as before, and many steps have been omitted (the massage before shampooing and the second shampoo will be different. The time for a small scalp massage is gone, only simple cleaning is left), and the total time is also shortened a lot, there is a feeling of being perfunctory, I can understand that there are too many people when there are not enough staff, or the staff training of your store has changed, but still Hope to experience the same feeling every time ?
