★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place discriminates against foreigners. They didn't realize we understood Chinese and blatantly said in front of us that they didn't want to rent to foreigners, even though we both had our Taiwanese scooter licenses. Then they refused to rent scooters to us and told us to go somewhere else. They were really ignorant and rude with us. We went across the street and spent a lot of money renting from someone less xenophobic.
