★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 端午連假前一天寄貨，把原本要給客戶的貨品貼成廠商的地址，在晚上08:30快捷股快結束工作之前，千鈞一髮的把名條更正了，真的感謝接電話及我到現場時處理時的那位小姐，態度超級好，還先幫我把包裹找出來，讓我到現場就可以直接置換寄貨名條，只能說超級佛心。
說真的，他們其實也可以不必這樣，因為處理有誤的是寄件人，本來就不是他們的問題，但因為他們同理心的服務心態，讓我免於後續處理貨品的繁雜奔波及事後對客戶的抱歉，真的，大大的感激。
