The minced pork sauce has small pieces of meat, and the seasoning is moderately salty. The soup base is bonito broth, which has a Japanese flavor, and the oily tofu is just average. The business seems to be good, but there is still room for improvement in the store's service attitude. Overall score of 66 points

w	wei choco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這次點了小的米糕還有滷白菜還有綜合湯，滷蛋的部分是滷鴨蛋。綜合湯的部分是用柴魚熬煮，米糕的米心很軟不像台北會比較硬而且像筒仔米糕就會硬許多，值得嘗試的著名小吃 This time I ordered small rice cakes, braised cabbage and comprehensive soup. The part of braised eggs is braised duck eggs. The part of the comprehensive soup is boiled with bonito fish. The heart of the rice cake is very soft. It is not harder like Taipei and it is much harder like the tube rice cake. It is a famous snack worth trying.

The cooking space is actually outside the shop which you can view it as interesting or distracting as it sits over a drain ?. Fun fact - the assistant chef I met wasn't local but she speaks fluent local dialect, Mandarin & cooks really well. She's been living in Taiwan for so long that she's inhabited the local culture.
