很用心的豆花店，不只是裝潢很網紅，其實餐點也有一定的用心！從豆花到蛋糕，都不累，能夠在這樣的環境好好的坐下來吃個豆花配上蛋糕，愜意的午茶時光！很不錯的體驗！

壺豆花 店內非常精美的裝潢，很適合愛拍照的人，搭配上餐點提供的擺盤，怎麼拍都好看。 特色就是，豆花的湯汁用了手沖壺盛裝，端上桌後再自行將湯汁加入碗中。 今天點 豆漿豆花-「芋圓、地瓜圓壺豆花」· $80元 整體來說還算正常發揮，出餐速度非常迅速，餐點份量也算夠，湯汁給的比想像中還要多。 個人認為，壺豆花並不是以餐點本身的美味取勝，雖然價位偏高，但可以當作是個拍照景點就比較可以接受。 如果有朋友沒來過，會想帶朋友來訪的店，下次會想嘗試泰奶系列的餐點。 2022/01/19

這家網美風格豆花店裝潢不錯，店內氛圍也很舒服。泰奶豆花我認為滿好吃的，泰奶不會太甜，配料很好吃，感覺有用心在準備，豆花的湯頭是裝在茶壺內的，要吃再倒入配料碗內，還滿新奇的！

沒想到「豆花店」可以開成這樣！? 話說過年期間來到嘉義文化路夜市, 停好車走去夜市的路上，無意中經過一家明亮有Fu的門市，定睛一看，原來是家賣甜品的門店，結合中式甜品＋西式清新脫俗的門市設計，讓我不禁想步入其中一探究竟.....！? 坐定翻開目錄後，經由門市人員的親切導引，讓我頓時讓我覺得「豆花」這傳統的庶民小吃，竟也可以重新賦予靈魂，變得時尚起來！? （服務人員的說明占了很重要的原因） 「創意」真的是可以無限延伸，只要你願意放下既有思維模式！ 從這一份6-70元的質感小甜品，就可看出端倪，成為了一個非常值得體驗的範例！ 同時體會得出經營者的用心及努力，對照後來走入夜市內老店35元一份的豆花，我想我將還是會再次光臨的，目前全台並無分店，要吃還得去嘉義呀～?哈哈 這已不單只是口味強弱之分，或CP值高低之差的比較了，而是對肯用心在提升傳統小吃業，投入創業者的一份認同與尊敬，值得推薦！?

The overall arrangement is arty. There are a lot of seats in the store. Business hours are 13:00-21:30, closed on Tuesday. Regardless of the appearance of the store or the interior decoration, it makes people feel satisfactory and have a desire to taste tofu pudding in the store. The awesome environment makes me want to go in to eat.? Taste: Chiayi's unique tofu pudding in soybean milk. The taste of soybeans is relatively strong. There are fixed ingredients according to customers’ tastes. There are two flavors: soy milk and Thai milk tea. The strong taste of soybeans makes people want to come again and again, and I would also like to recommend it to friends and relatives who travel to Chiayi. The flavor is strong because it is made with Non-GMO soybean and it is full of local characteristics of Chiayi, like using egg rolls as an ingredient. It is a very special local cuisine. Own experience: This time I chose "蜜粉圓 壺豆花". Following the steps on the sign, I can feel the strong soy flavor spread in my mouth after eating a single bite of tofu pudding. Then, Chiayi's characteristic handmade egg rolls bring out the flavor of the tofu pudding. The deliciousness of the egg rolls is not lost in the tofu pudding itself. ✨Finally, adding the most special part: soy milk. ✨After eating the tofu pudding in Chiayi, I realized that tofu pudding and soy milk are so delicious together. A fancy looking dessert place with a nice selection of different desserts. They also have a really special tofu pudding/douhua thing you should try out if you like that kinda stuff.
