在台中時不時的都要買來當點心分享給親朋好友，當然年節送禮也很適合（一定要先預購，不然排到下個節慶去了！），老闆堅持手工蛋捲都是採用進口天然安佳奶油、高脂奶粉、日本上白糖、洗選蛋、高級麵粉所交融出的絕妙滋味。
不同於市面機器生產的包裝蛋捲，似錦堂從蛋捲漿料準備到熱壓摺疊皆堅持手工生產！一定要來嚐一嚐。
