★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 來嘉義出差，特別造訪，因為我一向非常喜歡正宗日式薄皮鯛魚燒。品嚐了抹茶紅豆口味，甜度剛好（不至於太不甜），外皮香、也不會濕軟，很像在日本吃到的。讓人感覺來到日本的一家小店，用心經營，是下次來嘉還想吃的好地方
Coming to Chiayi on a business trip, I made a special visit, because I have always liked the authentic Japanese style thin-skin taiyaki. I tasted the matcha red bean taste, the sweetness was just right (not too unsweetened), the outer skin was fragrant, and it was not soggy, much like the one you eat in Japan. 目前為止吃過最好吃的鯛魚燒，咖喱豬的香辣口感，搭配包裹的酥皮奶香，口味變得很有層次，宇治抹茶的甜而不膩，外皮酥脆內裏不軟爛，一口一口的爆漿滋味，最後搭配抹茶入玄米茶，很溫和又解膩！
