Eryanping Trail can also be entered from Legend Road. The entrance of Legend Road is about 53.7K of Alishan Highway on Taiwan Line 18. It starts from Gongtian Police Station, passes through Legend Village and the giant rock barge to Eryanping Trail, and then enters Eryanping Trail from here. It is the fastest to see the view of Chapo. Legend Road and Legend Village really have legends and legends. It is said that there were bandits hidden here in the era of Japanese occupation. The Japanese hunted down here and arrested many bandits, but a small number of bandits still fled. When they fled, the bandits buried a lot of gold here. It is named "Legend Village", and the path up the mountain is called "Legend Road". The boulder barge tea garden is for farmers to stack the large and small stones dug out of the soil into barge when tidying up the tea garden, which is super neat and tidy! Therefore, the boulder bark tea garden has also become a major feature of the gap top tea garden. Along the way, I found that there are also several homestays and camping areas here. Surrounded by mountains, you can see the green tea garden scenery. Coming to the viewing platform, this is the relay station of the Eryanping Trail, but due to the renovation of the trail, it is impossible to continue the Eryanping Trail, and I will visit it after the next trail is repaired.
