★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 餐點飲食的很棒，住宿還有送茶可以泡，第一次喝到這麼好喝的茶，台灣阿里山的茶真的名不虛傳，值得一遊，可惜沒有看到螢火蟲，明年螢火蟲季節會再訪

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為是山上，所以房間沒冷氣，然後熱水超大，洗澡洗的很舒服，老板跟櫃台小姐很客氣，晚餐付費我們點火鍋，有提供免費早餐（中式，豆漿，咖啡）只是來瑞里的路都是山路，其他都很好，還有，老板有帶我們去看螢火蟲

1館的環境跟品質都比二館好太多，我們第一天住1館第二天住2館，我們住2館的三樓有陽台的那間，到了吃飯時間隔壁就開始炒菜抽油煙機的運作聲跟油煙味真的很惱人，而且WIFI在2館根本收不到，1館真的是好很多有香香的木頭味還有寬敞的浴室，也離餐廳比較近不用走太多路，但是我們跟業主有一些人數上的誤會，老闆在我們吃早餐時用質問口氣問我們讓同行家人讓我們很不舒服，在大庭廣眾下讓人難堪而且其他用餐的客人都紛紛側目，可以有很多很好的解決方案但是老闆偏偏選了一個最壞的方式，家人都說不會有下次了。

The environment and quality of Hall 1 are much better than Hall 2. We stayed in Hall 1 on the first day and stayed in Hall 2 on the second day. We stayed in the third floor of Hall 2 with a balcony. When we were eating, we started cooking and smoking fumes next door. The sound of the machine and the smell of oil smoke are really annoying, and the WIFI is not available at all in Hall 2. Hall 1 is really much better. There is a lot of fragrant wood smell and a spacious bathroom. Road, but we had some misunderstandings with the owner about the number of people. The boss asked us in a questioning tone when we had breakfast to make us feel uncomfortable. It was embarrassing in the public and other guests were looking at us. There are many good solutions, but the boss chose the worst way, and the family said there would be no next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老闆及老闆娘服務很好，房內環境也不錯，且這次正好在端午節入住，老闆娘還提供不同口味的冰粽送給我們吃，冰粽非常好吃！另外雖然知道民宿外沒限制不能抽菸，但還是希望能要求旅客，若庭院外有人在用餐時，不要在那抽煙會比較好。總結此次住宿體驗非常好?
