Best Taiwanese restaurant in Taiwan

Y	Yini Hung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has set menu (600nt)for 2 people, serving stir fried vegetable, stir fried goat meat, chicken hotpot, tofu stew and rice. We like goat meat with ginger and vegetable the most. Anything you dislike in set menu can be changed to another dish(similar price dish). Ok place if you don't have any good idea for dinner.
H	Hou-chun Chen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ food is very nice. their tea oil chicken is something you must have if you visit alisun. the rest of meal is also nice, you can expect to spend about 300-400 ntd per person for a very nice dinner with a group of four or five.

They have a few vegetarian options and we had egg fried rice, cabbage, mushrooms and other local greens. We tried a spicy version of tofu (not Mapo tofu) and it was too pungent. The Long Xu (Dragon's whiskers) greens were delicious and are a must-order of in season. They also had a lot of hot pot options for those cold rainy days. Some of the younger staff spoke English and the menu was bilingual so language was not an issue.

The wait to order was longer because the kitchen was under staffed but the food came out at a very reasonable pace.
