★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 玉山登山前の腹ごしらえで寄りました。休憩時間10分！と言われたため、急いで雞肉飯和貢丸湯を頼みました。サクサク食べてすぐに出発でしたが、思い返すと食材の下処理や出汁の取り方も良い仕事されていました。
塩味とトリのコクがいいバランスで、とても美味しかったです。
I leaned on a temper before climbing Mt. Tamayama. 10 minutes break time! Because I was told that, I asked for crab meat rice 和 貢 湯. It was crispy and I was leaving immediately, but I remembered that the preparation of food and how to take out the soup was a good job.
The balance of the salty taste and the bird was a good balance and it was very delicious.

The dried noodles are plain, plain and tasteless. The price of hot vegetables is ok, the portion is quite large. Give 4 points with the selection performance on the mountain.
