★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this old village for the day. We had to try the original pork & chicken bento lunch box which came with soup. You get given a small paper bowl to help yourself to the soup. I’m not a pork chops person as l find it rather dry, but this piece wasn’t dry at all. Overall a tasty lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a foreigner , they showed rudeness and discrimination. I feel bad because it's a tourist spot but the staff were so rude and disrespectful. I won't recommend this anymore to my friends and be aware of their staff so rude .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bento chicken and pork set was delicious. Appreciate the discount that is given for hotel guests. Rooms were clean, staff are extremely friendly and helpful as well. We maximize our trip to Alishan. Thank you??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel staff was extremely helpful, and allowed us to maximize the time we spent in Alishan. Our room was clean and the chicken lunchbox was very good. Our bed was new and comfortable. The hotel room was humid but they were working to address the problem.

My husband and I spent 3 nights there during our honeymoon trip in Nov 2019. And this hotel was a huge surprise from what I had expected when I made the booking (because I was in Vietnam and have no idea how the place will be).
We will definitely go back to this place if we have money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better than expected hotel, the staff was friendly, the room was spacious and well-equipped, we had fan, dryer, hair dryer, wardrobe, TV, decent WiFi, thick blankets which turned out to be useful as the nights were pretty cold in October. Everything was in working condition.
The hotel also provided some bentos for around NT160, they were up to par as well. Each of us were also given one NT100 coupon to buy breakfast at the 7-11 next door.
Credit cards all accepted, which is also big plus, however there is a CTBC ATM in the 7-11 in case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is cozy, but soundproofing is not so well. We could listen to the sound outside clearly. The boxed meals are classical, tasty but a little bit expensive. If you visit Fenchihu, you could give them a try.
