熱熱的吃外皮軟嫩、微冷的吃外皮Q彈，
內餡菜脯米切的細碎吃口感相當不錯、結合香蔥味、香菇、豬肉、微微辣的胡椒～忍不住一次吃上兩個，決定帶15個回家跟家人分享。

因為我本身是新竹北埔客家人，草仔粿這種東西是從小吃奶奶做的到長大，所以其實我嘴很挑，很意外，這家的草仔粿，真的很好吃?真的很好吃?真的很好吃?因為真的很好吃，所以要說三遍?
吃起來居然有我奶奶做出來的味道，自從奶奶過世之後?這種好吃的味道，對我來說，已經失傳很久了，它的皮很有彈性很Q，草仔粿本身特有的味道非常濃厚，感覺的到草仔粿的真材實料，顏色跟「香氣」也都很棒，不論是味道還是口感都耐吃不膩，非常推薦這家?
