嘉義歡喜財神廟本廟原名「聖濟宮」，由宮主吳金城奉主祀濟公禪師聖諭點金於此，民國七十年間，鳩工集資啟肇巍巍廟堂，屹立於阿里山下、仁義潭畔，並於七十二年取得嘉義縣寺廟登記證，匡扶濟世逾卅載。己亥年（民國一０八年）信士郭義彥、胡朝枝、謝文忠、石育鐘、郭李淑貞等五大德為宏揚濟公送窮、財神酬勤之正信正道，乃發心重新修繕，敦請大溪天公祖．
