★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 主祀五府千歲，開基為范府千歲，分靈自南鯤鯓代天府。另配祀註生娘娘，濟公禪師，福德正神等神明，拱衛鄉里。
本宮位於水上鄉白人牙膏觀光工廠旁，來旅遊時也會順道過來參拜。廟宇為標準台灣閩南風格廟宇，精緻華麗，殿內氣氛莊嚴。
The main worship is to the Chitose of the Five Houses, and the foundation is the Chitose of Fan House. It is also equipped with gods such as Zhusheng Empress, Jigong Zen Master, Fude Zhengshen, Gongwei Township.
The main palace is located next to the White Toothpaste Tourism Factory in Minakami Township, and when you travel, you will also stop by for worship. The temple is a standard Taiwanese southern Fujian style temple, exquisite and gorgeous, and the atmosphere in the temple is solemn.
