★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小時候常去吃，也都會推薦朋友去，朋友也很愛！水上這間臭豆腐是我吃過數一數二厲害的，但最近去買了一次發現以前炸得很酥脆那個口感已經不見了，不知道是哪個環節出了問題，剛好近期朋友也有過去吃，連他也說這間臭豆腐已經不行了....希望老闆能改善一下讓我們再重溫小時候的味道！

小時候愛吃沒錢買，長大改素食後更愛吃，一盤35元，超便宜！不怕不夠錢可以買。
雖然同名臭豆腐，但有的真的很臭，尤其是下鍋油炸時，臭味有夠逼人的。這裡的臭豆腐不會臭到跨張，因為二者的製作原料是不同的。這裡用的是植物性的，據老闆說從母親時代就這麼做下來了。我雖然不懂，但是吃起來跟某些臭豆腐就是不太一樣，至於那裏不一樣？我不擅長分析，但或許這就是古早風味的臭豆腐吧！
