★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 是這家眼鏡行的老顧客了，但近日老公因眼開刀，需更換原先會變色眼鏡的其中一鏡片度數，事後在室外才發現是不能變色，一黑一透變得很滑稽。向眼鏡行老闆反應，卻說我們沒特別知會，他也看不出來，沒那麼厲害，所以是真看不出還是不夠專業嗎？就算有要求配便宜點的，也會是同變色鏡片中去選配，沒人這樣配吧! 令人更在意的是反應時的態度，完全沒有解決問題的誠意~
I am a regular customer of this eyewear shop, but recently my husband had to replace one of the lens powers of the original color-changing glasses due to an eye surgery. Afterwards, he found out that the color cannot be changed outdoors. Responded to the boss of the glasses shop, but said that we didn't know it in particular, and he couldn't see it. He wasn't so good, so is it really unprofessional? Even if there is a requirement to match a cheaper lens, it will be matched with the same color lens. No one matches it! What is more concerned is the attitude when responding, and there is no sincerity to solve the problem~
