★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 晚餐時段若有經過水上 就想到這家的紅燒魚焿麵 湯頭氣味不錯 來吃過了好幾次 有時候來晚了魚焿都提早賣完 雖然魚焿平常生意還算不錯 但是 偶而幾次吃到 感覺裹了粉炸好的魚塊 好像擱置稍久一點被風吹冷掉（還是裹了粉的表皮 炸的不夠酥） 再拿來浸入煮好的熱焿麵裡頭 當下炸魚塊吃起來 外皮就變成不酥韌韌的口感 若沒有以上說的小問題 魚焿麵會再更加的好吃
