弟弟姊姊們特別擅長的都不同…

最嘉義口味的米糕
幾乎是全瘦肉的油蔥滷肉
搭配白色的糯米 看似平淡
味道卻是鹹甜有層次
配上才魚高湯 真是有滋有味
在嘉義食物味道都偏甜
但是 這就是專屬於嘉義的味道

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我想就是只吃一個懷念吧，口味跟原本的羅山相差非常多了。米糕及碗粿不算難吃，但就是口味很淡，連湯的柴魚味也是非常的淡，讓我有點淡淡地哀傷...說跟之前一樣的，很可能沒吃過之前的羅山。
I think it's just a nostalgic one, the taste is very different from the original Luoshan. Rice cakes and bowls of kueh are not too bad to eat, but the taste is very bland, even the bonito taste of the soup is very bland, which makes me a little sad... It's the same as before, probably I haven't eaten the Luoshan before. .

有代表性有功力的嘉義style米糕，不若台南米糕又是魚酥又是漬黃瓜炫麗，非常清雅有味，可惜排骨酥湯嚐起來自己不強，也沒替米糕加分，記憶中有些店家配柴魚湯好像有替米糕加分點，個人喜好啦。

Some of the shops in the bonito soup seem to add points to the rice cakes, which is my personal preference.

以這價格在台北是吃不到的，很帶有鄉下味道的美食。
