等了一個小時才到店家取餐，在現場還是等了將近20分鐘，如果不能照預定時間給予取餐，是否可以先電話告知？？？覺得蠻浪費時間的⋯⋯現在紙盒裝還要加價，有點失望，視覺上的好吃度降低不少啊
