4鄰11號為舊址，更換門牌後新址為5鄰32號。
主神:三山國王，也祀玄天上帝，註生娘娘，土地公。熱鬧:農曆1/15元宵，及農曆2/25三山國王生，農曆7/15普渡，農曆8/15猜燈謎，烤肉，唱歌。
大家人都很好。
