5. 最近的7-11距離1.8公里，郵局2.6公里。
6. 排水管相通，隔壁在洗澡可以聽到水聲、聞到沐浴乳味道。
7. 走道堆放雜物，無人管理。
8. 面向中庭的房間比較潮濕悶熱。
結論：適合學生、移工、短租、對生活品質要求不高者。
