「油飯」淡淡油蔥香，完全不油膩，有些油飯冰過後米粒會變硬，但永泰不會，蒸過還很Q彈。
「雞蛋」使用土雞蛋，不染紅很健康。
「雞腿」也滷的很好吃又大隻，自己訂百盒彌月油飯，還私心多買了2隻雞腿解饞哈哈
