點腿庫飯跟豬排飯，裡面有一點點類似醃漬過的菜，有點死鹹，其他筍乾、高麗菜、花椰菜都很ok，豬排飯有點像某些舊式池上炸無骨豬排飯，它有一種獨特的酸味無法形容，會連結到木盒便當；有些紅糟肉好像也有那種味道
