這次來體驗刺身牛肉麵
御牛殿選用自家台灣牧場直營溫體牛肉

是目前為台灣牛肉食安與品質努力的嘉義農場。
今天點的是御饌清燉刺身牛肉麵
選用雙部位牛肉刺身
上桌時再用熱湯燙10秒快速翻轉一下
待肉片呈現鮮嫩粉紅色
就可以放在盤子上準備吃了
利用牛肉刺身方式來做牛肉麵很特別
這種料理方式 讓人想起台南的牛肉湯
牛肉吃起來好鮮嫩 好好吃喔
但又另外加了麵條增加飽足感
小菜料理好吃，值得再訪。
想說些實在話幫業者平反
看著最近嚮導風氣盛。
各餐廳普遍出現各種奇怪的一星評價
但相信每一間餐飲業都努力發揚其長處。
以御牛殿來說，若是要拿CP值便宜大碗牛肉麵店來比擬，那其實店門口看菜單時大家已看到價格不符期待就不該入內，而非進去了又用自己價值給店家負評。
而這間特色即是台灣溫體牛有牛肉溯源並獲得CAS認證的牧場。是品質管控讓人安心的台灣牛，聽著老闆苦笑說著養牛、復育黃牛技術等費用與沈重成本等。但相信為家人為台灣土地提供好品質牛肉，一切都一定是值得的。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 價格方面有點貴，跟cp值上很大的落差，不知道其他給予高評價的客人是如何品嘗的，火鍋方面，湯就真的沒什麼味道，真的沒什麼味道，菜盤份量以兩人來說算是夠吃的飽的，但是這現切牛刷了一下2秒卻只吃出乾柴無肉汁，嚐鮮可以，但當老顧客我就不推了，最後，有詢問才有過來介紹餐點，整體服務真的待加強，與餐點也是。

First of all just to be fair, their food is average, and this comment has nothing related to their food quality or anything, this comment is focus on their "SERVICE"!
I had my dinner there yesterday with my friends, everything went normal until the waitress started to serve the food. While pouring the extremely hot soup on my friend's beef noodle soup, I got burn right off from the soup pot. What's more? The waitress just stood there and stared at me without an apologize and just walk away like it was my fault. And true it was my bad that I didn't complain to their manager. Will never go there anymore!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, I love its comfortable ambient. Second, the beef dishes are delicious. They use Taiwanese beef instead of imported beef which is fresh to having with. They also have non-beef dishes. Price is a bit high, but I think it's worth of its price range. They also sell beef jerky on the go. Pay it a visit while you are at Taibao.
