肉燥飯一碗20,味道普通就算了,煮的比我阿嬤還難吃,賣這麼貴不知道是怎樣,牛肉湯110小的,肉質嫩,湯頭還可以,但重點是根本吃不飽,別家店一樣東西,湯更好喝,肉燥不用錢還比這間好吃一百倍,不會再去的一次店。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這次是二次回訪,特地開車從台中殺過來吃的。上次到訪時吃的是牛肉湯跟炒牛肉、牛肝、牛心,這次吃牛腩鍋,各有特色,都好吃。尤其是店內的醬料更是一絕,沾了醬美味更加好幾倍。
牛腩鍋內的牛肉超軟Q,老人也很適合。湯頭濃郁鮮甜,沒加過多調味。吃不完外帶回家,從冰箱拿出來後發現湯都結成凍了,果然膠質滿滿。鍋內也有高麗菜、炸豆皮跟金針菇,有肉有菜營養滿點。
還有加點一份牛肉盤。生牛肉盤建議涮兩下就吃,雖然生了點但超嫩,再多涮幾下就要用點力氣咬了,不過還是好吃!
行家點餐~請參考:事後跟老闆聊天才知道麻油要點牛心、芥蘭要點牛肝。還有可遇不可求的牛嘴巴鍋,吃過保證讓你難忘!

The beef in the sirloin pot is super soft and suitable for the elderly. The soup is rich and sweet, without too much seasoning. I couldn't finish eating it and take it home. After I took it out of the refrigerator, I found that the soup was frozen. Sure enough, it was full of gum. There are also cabbage, fried tofu skin and enoki mushrooms in the pot. There are meat and vegetables full of nutrition.
There is also a beef plate. The raw beef plate is recommended to be eaten after two rinses. Although it is raw, it is super tender. After a few more rinses, you will need to bite it hard, but it is still delicious!
Expert ordering food ~ please refer to: Afterwards, chat with the boss to find out that sesame oil is for beef heart, and kale is for beef liver. There are also unforgettable ox-mouth pots, which you will never forget!
