★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃檯人員服務態度差，差到極致，去問個體檢預約就說你人都來了預約什麼？阿不就是你們給的資訊是需要預約才去問的，電話也打不通，不然去你那受你的鳥氣幹嘛？醫生真的醫術好也會因為你沒患者去看診，不想面對人可以去當作業員，搞得人家都欠你幾百萬的樣子，態度修正一下好嗎？
補充：寧願跑遠一點也不想去面對這樣的櫃檯人員

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天早上打了朴子巿好几家院所電話想詢問可以視訊問診嗎 但不是沒有接要不然就是電話拿起來沒掛好之類的更扯的是還有熱到爆的要排到3天後才有可能問到診（那我不就掛了嗎）下午終於打了 一通到吳內兒科診所 我的救世主出現了～護理師 親切有耐心的教我操作視訊 ，後來吳醫師問診的時候也是讓我倍感溫馨，真是感恩！疫情期間肯定所有的醫護人員無私的付出及辛勞，有你們真好，謝謝你們！love you ^^
