★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看針眼感受不佳，在面診時並未告知要擠針眼，僅告知要看眼睛患部，護士隨後便用手用力按壓病人頭部，接著醫生拿棉花棒表示要看眼睛患部的地方，要將眼皮外翻，翻起來後便突然擠壓針眼處，也都並未告知患者，一系列感受下來實在不好。
