這家的春捲比裡面那家名店好吃,吃起來比較乾爽,甜度剛好,價格也便宜,一樣有附柴魚湯,只賣秋冬,夏天賣冰

誰說便宜沒有好東西,老闆娘人非常的nice衛生紙也比較好取得,老闆娘也會問客人湯的部分,與金永豐的差異在於包內餡的包法還有一個有放蒜泥一個沒有放蒜泥,金永豐的包法比較紮實滷肉比較香,兩家都好吃,一個35一個45差了22% 個百分點,我相信這一家好友,如果願意將燈光改為比較明亮,蔬菜固定時間噴水把新鮮度色澤維持好,滷肉蒜泥的部分再留意一下包髮緊實一點,生意會比金永豐還要好

[只賣一季的春捲。朴子在地美食] 朴子第一零售市場,以前是賣著各式肉類海鮮及蔬果的傳統市場。幾年前經重新規劃將目前這區改為熟食美食區域,也因此成就出幾家地元民(在地鄉親)及外地觀光客造訪的在地名店。嘉義朴子有一在地美食的口味,是身為都市俗的台北人(me)感到很新奇的~就是他們的春捲(潤餅捲)內,會包進油麵!目的,就是要讓客人吃得更飽足些(台灣純樸的鄉親啊也太熱情)。而朴子第一市場的春捲也有”御三家”(笑):好友、永豐跟麻糬棟! 有一在地趣譚是:「好友」及「永豐」除了潤餅捲以外,還賣剉冰。有趣的是:位於市場入口處第一家的「好友」後來改成只有每年11月才會開始賣春捲,一路只賣到翌年清明節前ㄧ天。接著就開始只賣綜合古早味剉冰!原因除了在地朋友傳說的,他就是不想跟”另一家”搶生意以外,也是因為老闆娘年紀漸長,好友店內的古早味粉條、粉粿、蜜漬地瓜、紅豆、綠豆⋯等八寶剉冰甜料,都是她一道道手工熬煮並以天然食材製作的,在沒有年輕的願意學習傳承之下,她也做不來兼顧春捲及冰品⋯只好分季販售。 聽在地朋友說:「好友」跟「麻糬棟」的春捲內包的蛋皮,都是一次手打一兩顆蛋手工煎一片的。 而麻糬棟春捲呢?原本是此地最有名的春捲攤,跟市場內另一家麻糬棟麻糬是兄弟妯娌關係,春捲攤一週只營業幾天,後來因”店名”鬧雙胞的使用權問題⋯目前麻糬棟春捲攤已幾近不營業了⋯。這種店名使用權的問題,在台灣實在層出不窮。都已經成了每個在地美食的另類都市傳說~自稱故事了吧(笑) 這家好友的冰品真的很天然? 是很單純的古早味!
