★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在北下或南上為什麼沒到朴子車站售票下車，只到嘉義交流道下車才給客人轉接駁公車到朴子客運站。越來越麻煩……本來是每星期5-6-日兩班有車，而變成轉接駁公車，有些老人跟本不識字不會搭接駁公車，有的不懂下車到交流道，也不知道如何洽詢相關人員坐車。(詢問就算疫情關係，跟乘客買票搭車有何問題？)請是否可麻煩改善原本搭車方便性。
Why didn’t I get off the bus at Puzi Station when I went north or south? Only when I got off at the Chiayi Interchange, I would transfer the shuttle bus to Puzi Bus Terminal. It’s getting more and more troublesome... Originally there were two buses on 5-6 days a week, and it turned into a transfer bus. Some elderly people who are illiterate cannot connect to the bus, and some don’t know how to get off to the interchange. I don't know how to contact the relevant personnel to take the car. (Ask even if it is related to the epidemic, what are the problems with passengers buying tickets for a ride?) Could you please improve the convenience of the original ride?
