★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 朴子國民小學於明治31年（西元1898年）開設嘉義國語（日語）傳習所樸仔腳分教場，校舍借用魚仔市耶穌教室，同年改為樸仔腳公學校，朴子地區內之其他公學校設置大多與本校有密切關係，為朴子地區設置最早之公學校，因校務所需，該校於昭和4年(西元1929年)興建兩披水加強磚造禮堂，為朴子地區日治時期學校禮堂僅有案例，且禮堂內規劃一處作為天皇敕書放置台閣，具歷史價值，經本縣文化資產審議會決議，因本禮堂具歷史文化價值及具建築技術價值，因此登錄為歷史建築。[資料來源:嘉義縣文化觀光局]
 The Puzi National Elementary School opened the Chiayi Mandarin (Japanese) School Puzijiao Branch in Meiji 31 (1898). The school borrowed from the Yuzishi Jesus Classroom. In the same year, it was changed to Puzijiao Public School. Other public schools in the Puzi area Most of the school settings are closely related to the school. The earliest public school was set up for the Puzi area. Due to school affairs, the school built two water-filled reinforced brick auditoriums in Showa 4 (1929). There were only cases in the school auditorium during the reign, and a place in the auditorium was planned to be used as the emperor’s edict to place a pavilion with historical value. The county’s cultural assets review committee decided that this auditorium has historical and cultural value and architectural technical value, so it is registered as history building.
