Fuling Palace is the center of faith in Sanjia Village, Dongshi Township. It is said that in the third year of Tongzhi in the Qing Dynasty (1864), because a villager from Caicuo, Sihu Township, Yunlin, was abducted by Haipuzhuang people, Caicuo asked for help from Aoguzhuang’s clan family members. And Aoguzhuang asked the ancestors of Sanjia Village, who was formerly known as "Sankuaicuo", with the surname Cai to help, and went to Haipuzhuang to forcibly rescue the captives, causing Haipuzhuang and Sankuaicuo to become grudges. In addition to water and land disputes, the two sides often have weapon doors, so Aoguzhuang thanked the three houses for their assistance and sent a cannon as support. However, due to the power of the artillery, the mother of Guanyin in Fuling Palace couldn’t bear to cause serious casualties. Therefore, when the three houses were about to use artillery to attack Haipuzhuang, the Bodhisattva stepped down to inform the position and angle of the artillery shooting, and the gun body was still It takes seven inches from the soil to launch, so the shell hit the banyan tree in Haipu Village. Although no casualties were caused, it had already deterred the residents of Haipu Village. They decided to send people to Three Houses to make peace and end the long-standing dispute between the two sides. This artillery has a great merit, and the residents of Three Blocks are very grateful, so they enshrine it in Fuling Palace. But in the twenty-first year of Guangxu (1895), the Japanese occupied Taiwan, and the villagers feared that the artillery would be confiscated, so they were transported to the farmland to be buried. It was not until after the liberation that in the 1983 year of the Republic of China (1984 A.D.), the artillery was launched by Guanyin Maluan, and he was named "General Tiezui" and served on the right side of Guanyin Buddha.
