The administrative staff in the office on the downstairs floor did not think about someone reading in the reading room on the first floor. Four or five people gathered together to chat and didn’t lower the volume. It wasted such a good environment and equipment.

The Xingang Cultural and Educational Foundation is located in Xingang Township, Chiayi County, which is a place full of literary and artistic atmosphere. Its founder is Dr. Chen Jinhuang. Various parent-child reading activities are held every year, and the library is available for borrowing books. Great! It is warm and has a reading atmosphere. There are parent-child activities on Thursdays.
