★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這間鹽酥雞買很久一段時間了,但因不常吃所以距離上吃買可能有幾個月了,每次來三角骨和雞塊在台面上的都售完了,所以都要從新裹粉,現炸,顯然生意因該是不錯的,口味和其它的鹽酥雞都差不多,不過雞肉是蠻新鮮的,肉的銷售快,應該就一直保持新鮮的肉塊在賣,重點是老闆娘手腳利落,而且對品質蠻細心的,我的雞排老闆娘還幫我切開確認有沒有全熟,因為有部份沒很熟,又放下去炸,確保肉質都是ok的,這點很值的推薦.以後如果想吃,應該也是會回到這間買.
