★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次到這裏看診,讓我有不太舒服的體驗,氣到留下負評,讓後來看到好評許多而去看診的人多一點考慮空間。
我是星期一上午8:30第一位進入診所的病患,初次進入沒有體會到像其他留言說的護理師親切,不過還算中規中矩可以接受,但被告知醫生還沒到,我便在走道區的軟椅等待,在8:50時忽然有一個人急匆匆用手摀住嘴巴走進來,可能我來不及反應,擋到他的道,後來才讓我有不舒服的問診體驗。
進入到診間才知道那位人士便是醫生,進入診間也沒有問話,便說了一句「眼睛有點腫喔」便直接使用儀器觀察眼睛,但因為我眼睛刺痛加上有一點畏光,所以醫生儀器的強光照射到我眼睛的時後有點睜不開,也有可能是因為我眼睛有遺傳性斜視無法聚焦,結果被醫生用讓我不太舒服的語氣說「你眼睛不要用力!」,並沒有體驗到像評論所寫的醫生很有耐心,問診我個人覺得也並不仔細。
我可以體諒醫生因為星期一症候群所以遲到,而醫生在疫情期間沒戴口罩而在診間有戴就算了,但是最後我卻被用這樣的態度問診,實在讓我有點不太舒服。
一顆星給醫生至少有開藥以及簡單和我說可能是眼睛缺氧,雖然語氣仍然讓我不舒服;而另外一顆星給護理師準時開門沒有遲到以及保持環境乾淨。
回來補個後續,用藥兩天後並沒有好轉,甚至有更痛的感覺,因為要上課和打工的因素,趕緊選擇去別間診所再看一次。別間診所的醫生最後說我是虹膜炎,用藥隔天眼睛就比較沒有紅血絲,畏光的症狀也有改善。
我不是專業人員,我沒有辦法質疑醫療人員的專業性,但以上是我這次看診的經驗,希望有看到的人可以做個參考。

I was the first patient to enter the clinic at 8:30 am on Monday morning. I didn’t experience the kindness of the nurses as other messages said, but it was fairly acceptable, but I was told that the doctor hadn’t arrived yet, so I was in the aisle. The soft chair in the district waited. At 8:50, a person suddenly walked in, covering his mouth with his hand. Maybe I was too late to react and blocked his way. Later, I had an uncomfortable consultation experience.
I only found out that the person was a doctor when I entered the office. I didn’t ask questions when I entered the office. I said, "The eyes are a bit swollen." I used the instrument to observe the eyes, but because my eyes sting and I have a little photophobia , So the strong light from the doctor's instrument irradiated my eyes a little bit, or it may be because my eyes had hereditary strabismus and couldn't focus. As a result, the doctor said in a tone that made me uncomfortable, "Don't use your eyes!" "I didn't experience the patience of the doctors as written in the comments, and I personally felt that they were not careful when asking for consultation.
I can forgive the doctor for being late because of Monday’s syndrome, and the doctor didn’t wear a mask during the epidemic, but he didn’t wear a mask during the epidemic. But in the end, I was asked with this attitude, which really made me feel a little uncomfortable.
One star gave the doctor at least a prescription and simply told me that it might be hypoxia in the eyes, although the tone still made me uncomfortable; while the other star gave the nurse to open the door on time and not be late and keep the environment clean.
I came back to make up a follow-up. Two days after taking the medicine, I didn't get better, and even felt more painful. Because of the factors of going to school and part-time work, I quickly chose to go to another clinic to see it again. The doctor in another clinic finally said that I had iritis, and my eyes were less reddish the next day after taking the medicine, and my photophobia was also improved.
I am not a professional, and I have no way to question the professionalism of the medical staff, but the above is my experience in this visit. I hope someone who sees it can be a reference.

護理人員與診所環境是優質的,醫療品質也是OK,這家眼科來過2次,第一次就覺得醫生的EQ不優,可能是因為人多吧,第二次會再來是因為離家近,下次回診確定不會再去了,真抱歉...我可能無法適應如此這般的温柔問診方式
