並有場地可提供房客及朋友烤肉聚會。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因工作短期租屋，隔壁養鴨子晚上非常的嘈雜根本無法入睡就算了，白天都是鴿子還在窗型冷氣上忘我的築巢，成為免費鬧鐘，公共環境區域如同虛設髒亂到無法使用，滿是灰塵的小平台跟鬼屋一樣可怕。生活品質糟透了。而且外牆滿滿的鴿子排泄物，太可怕。
For short-term rentals due to work, the ducks raised next door are very noisy at night and you can’t sleep at all. During the day, pigeons are still building nests on the window-type air-conditioning, which becomes a free alarm clock. The public environment area is like a fake, messy and unusable. A small platform that is dust is as scary as a haunted house. The quality of life is terrible. And the pigeon excrement on the outer wall is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 管理員很親切，環境還可以。不過附近都是農田 施肥時很臭...窗戶外都是鴿子便，除此之外都還不錯?。管理員代收包裹...這點我最滿意而且有垃圾子母車...
The administrator is very kind and the environment is okay. But there are farmland nearby, it smells bad when fertilizing...there are pigeon droppings outside the window, other than that, it's not bad ?. The administrator collects the parcels...I am most satisfied with this point and there are trash carts...
