和老爺第一次來,老闆很好客,點了蔥爆牛肉,紹子豆腐,三杯龍骨(豬尾),(老闆說我們會吃不完)吃得出來牛肉沒有加任何嫩精、蘇打粉什麼的,有正常牛肉應有的口感,但是卻不韌口,非常難得!現在的店家99.9%都在肉品中添加了嫩精之類,雖會使肉品軟嫩,但往往失去了應有的咀嚼感與肉鮮味,取代的是吃完舌後的一點鹼味,紹子豆腐就是不辣的麻婆豆腐?,也是下飯的一道菜,而三杯豬尾,軟而不爛,川燙後炸過、再滷過(跟老闆聊了一下),是一道真實的手路菜!最後,還真的如老闆說的我們會吃不完,於是我們打包了三杯豬尾!下次再去試試其他的料理!美中不足的地方是冷氣不怎麼涼,環境比較老舊;但不影響用餐。給四顆星是因為我還想再試其他的!?
