★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 覺得無奈，禮拜二因為腰傷求診晚間的醫師（該醫師只有周二晚間有診），並請醫師開立復健治療卡，結果隔日去復健時，治療師看了我的治療卡後說我的治療卡是治療頸椎的（PS:頸椎是我三個月前復健的項目，這次求診我也有跟醫師說明我這次是腰傷，請麻煩幫我開立腰部的治療卡），沒辦法幫我治療腰部，我只好去櫃檯求助，櫃檯護理師小姐說會跟上級報告，隔日再回電給我，隔日接到電話說明：因為主治醫師下週二休假，要我下下週二晚間再給醫師更改復健項目。
我回應：但我無法等兩個禮拜，太久了，想麻煩有無其他方法解決。結果護理師小姐回應：這樣只能下週一來掛別科，請別科醫師開立腰部的復健卡了。
我回應：這樣我是否就還要再付一次掛號費呢？
護理師小姐回應：是。
以上的感受實在是很差，因為腰已經很不舒服了，結果因為醫師的失誤（治療卡上面關於復健項目的內容都是英文的，我直接看也看不懂他開立的項目是什麼）導致我隔天白跑一趟之外，還要面對兩個令人無法接受的選擇。
為了我的腰，我想我還是會下週一請假去重新掛號吧，多付150就150吧。
因為我也找不到其他家有晚上可以復健的診所了，白天要上班，唉??。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 如果醫生提前不能看診，應該要網路公告，並不是只有門市公告，專程跑一趟，卻被這樣告知，感受真的很差。
況且網路公告是11:30停止掛號，到現場才說11:00。
這樣幹嘛網路掛號？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為腳趾骨折術後一些復健問題來看骨科，姚醫師蠻不錯的，有看出我的關節沾黏導致活動度下降，也幫我做了相當有力的診療，馬上就有感覺關節比較鬆開了些，後來開復健的療程。來這裡復健前兩次感覺很好，主要是兩位女復健師非常的專業，用心的徒手治療對我的關節活動度有很大的幫助，最後也有教導如何做活動可以幫助恢復肌力。（但這家並不是每個復健師都願意照著醫生指示做“徒手治療”，有的只是口頭告知如何做運動。）
I came to the orthopaedic department because of some rehabilitation problems after toe fracture surgery. Dr. Yao is very good. He saw that my joints were sticking and the range of motion was reduced. He also helped me with a very powerful diagnosis and treatment. After a while, a rehabilitation course was started. The first two times I came here to rehabilitate I felt very good, mainly because the two female rehabilitators were very professional. The careful manual treatment helped me a lot in the range of motion of my joints. Finally, they also taught how to do activities to help restore my muscle strength. (But not every rehabilitator in this home is willing to do "hands-on therapy" according to the doctor's instructions, and some just verbally tell how to exercise.)
