★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 工作不難 主管很會刁難 試用期不通過原因一下請喪假不能通過 一下產能不夠(可是我年度考核表上面達成率140幾%耶!) 最後家裡喪事期間不能配合加班不給過 各種理由 就算你通過了以後什麼年終 升遷 都要經過主管的的審核 我只知道醫院通知家人命危 我找主管說要請假就被口氣不好的說 你家裡的人哩? 我只知道家人住進安寧病房請個半天要去看一下家人 被主管說你不會下班再去看歐! 人不會將心比心 沒有惻隱之心 有這種主管不做也罷!
The work is not difficult. The supervisor will make things difficult for the probation period and the reasons for not passing the probationary leave. The production capacity is not enough (but the achievement rate on my annual assessment form is 140%!) Finally, the family can’t cooperate with overtime during the funeral and does not give various reasons. After passing, any year-end promotions will be reviewed by the supervisor. I only know that the hospital informs my family that my life is in danger. I asked the supervisor to ask for leave, and I was told that your family was in a bad tone? I was going to see my family for a long time and was told by the supervisor that you would not go to Europe after get off work! People will not compare their hearts to their hearts and have no sympathy.
