First of all, I am very grateful to the nurse surnamed Chen for taking care of my mother professionally, carefully and patiently. However, according to my mother, the part of the service staff needs to be strengthened. I hope that in the future, with the increasing trend of aging in China, the service level of the service institutions can be further improved.
