The temple of the incense of Dalin Town, the belief center of the people~

Main god: Kaizhang Saint King. It is said that during the fourth year of Tongzhi in the Qing Dynasty (1865), a severe drought in Chiayi region caused epidemics. Suitable for the elder Chen from the Zhonglin tribe to usher in the King of Kaizhang from Zhangzhou, showing his supernatural powers, and everything works. So in the sixth year of Tongzhi (1867), local gentry Huang Guangquan, Huang De, Chen Anlan, Chen Anbang and others proposed to establish temples for worship. Xue Dayou, a big business householder, took the lead in donating money and opened the Zhangshengwang Temple in the seventh year of Tongzhi (1868). Suffering from an earthquake during the Japanese Occupation, in the forty-first year of Meiji (1908) Xue Guotang, Jiang Wenwei, Jian Qingbi and others organized a committee for the construction of the Saint King of Zhangzhang and rebuilt the temple. In the 16th year of Showa (1941), Zhang Shengwang Temple was opened and was hit by an earthquake again. The manager Wu Quan raised donations to build it and rebuilt it with the property of Zhongyuan Gong. In the forty-eighth year of the Republic of China (1959), Fan Cilu, the administrator, promoted the preparatory management committee. In the fifty-second year (1963), a congress of believers was held, 14 members were elected, and the Anxia Palace Management Committee was formally established. The most important celebration of Dalin Anxia Palace is the birthday of the Holy Prince on February 15 of the lunar calendar. It is customary to welcome the three mountain kings of Xingang, Beigang, Xibei Mazu and Taihe Street (Xinjie) to participate in the grand occasion.
