先不管味道了(因為不是我要喝的茶水)。 我覺得這間白巷子關於店員接單與外送的員工SOP需要重新修改。 基本上會叫外送就是因為方便或無法離開工作場所,我是後者。 打電話訂飲料,最後拿到外送的時間是1個小時多以後,外送地點是在距離店家步行時間5、6分鐘的場所。 下訂單大概過25分鐘後我打了第一通電話,店員告知他們有一單必須要在限定時間內送達所以要先送那單,並且外送員出去再回來以後才能幫我做和送,為了不影響冰度所以要等等才做,又過了15分鐘左右我打了第二通電話,請他們盡快,他們說正在做(正在做?我看了一下時鐘),我可以理解人手不足外送車也不夠,我不能理解的是如果那單比我的訂單更早,可能會延遲我那單外送時間很久很久很久很久,那麼店員應該事先告知可能會很晚,或者先打電話給我,如果我的訂單比那單早,但店家就是想先送大單我也能理解,因為這邊確實算是小單,但也應該打電話告知我,至少我能取消訂單改訂其他間,而不是我說盡快時說好,實際上又拖了30分鐘(結果就是過1個多小時)才送來。 第三通電話是在又過20分鐘的時候打的,由於已經到了休息時間(工作場所的),需要補充合作者能量的當事人已經放棄了,請我如果再5分鐘飲料不來直接取消,拜託我直接出去買對面超商的茶水,所以我又打了電話確認。 店員說外送員已經出發一段時間,可能因為四周有點吵,所以他問了我在哪裏(在大門),她告訴我外送員說會直接送到我的單位和樓層????但我約的地點就是大門,當日訂購時店員有問我單位和樓層,我也有告知,但我與店家約好的接單地點是大樓門口,單位不在一樓卻約在一樓大門就會有它的理由,事先告知單位和樓層為的是發生甚麼狀況留下的手機沒通時可以直接透過櫃台聯絡單位,希望外送員不要擅自更改接單地點。 請店員聯絡外送員後我在接單地點等飲料,大概又過了5分鐘左右,外送員到達,終於拿到飲料。 由於外送員確實是馬不停蹄地在到處跑,看的出來這一趟出來除了我他還要跑其他樓層,也許還有其他地點,天氣這麼熱店內員工大概也是不斷地在接單做飲料,我知道他們也很辛苦。 但還是希望可以梳理一下流程,設計一個機制,有特殊狀況時事先聯絡客人,未來才不會再出現像我這種800多字的抱怨。

Please cancel it if there is no drink for another 5 minutes, please I went straight out to buy tea from the supermarket opposite, so I called again to confirm. The clerk said that the delivery staff had been out for a while, maybe because the surrounding area was a bit noisy, so he asked me where (at the gate), she told me the delivery staff said that it would be delivered directly to my unit and floor? ? ? ? But the place I made an appointment was at the gate. The clerk asked me about the unit and floor when I ordered, and I also informed, but the place I agreed to take the order with the store was at the entrance of the building. Its reason is to inform the unit and the floor in advance what is happening. When the mobile phone is not connected, you can contact the unit directly through the counter, and hope that the delivery staff will not change the order location without authorization. After I asked the clerk to contact the delivery staff, I waited for a drink at the order place. About 5 minutes later, the delivery staff arrived and finally got the drink. Since the delivery staff are indeed running around non-stop, it can be seen that he has to run to other floors besides me this time, and there may be other locations. The staff in the store is probably constantly taking orders and making drinks in such a hot weather. I know they are also very hard. But I still hope that I can sort out the process and design a mechanism to contact customers in advance when there are special circumstances, so that there will be no more 800-word complaints like me in the future.
