因為從小，
就非常喜歡吃中壢中原大學附近的碳烤雞排，
看到這家同名為「家鄉」的碳烤雞排店，
當然一定要品嚐一下，
碳烤雞排比較不會像多數的店，
使用特別重鹹的醬汁烤，
吃起來比較清爽，
甜不辣更是炸的恰到好處，
是下次還會想再買的炸雞店！

大林鎮上老字號的美味炭烤雞排收假前憂鬱怒吃一波?，雖然製作過程相當耗時但依舊這麼多人願意等候，把雞排炸得金黃香脆後再烤過，表層塗抹上特製烤醬讓醬汁滲入麵衣裏層卻不濕爛，依舊酥脆的表層吃起來焦甜肉質不柴不老真的很厲害??唯一缺點就是要等很久～

常點的就是碳烤雞排，偏甜，以前吃覺得肉厚，現在好像比較薄
地瓜沒什麼粉，炸的很香，不油，地瓜任何季節都好吃
