★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 路上口渴剛好經過店家臨時停下車，一查才知是小有知名的店家，排隊等了一下，老闆態度非常好，現場有置放兩長桌當成座位區。
一直以為是傳統豆花，到手一看：應該會與期待有落差。一嚐！嗯~類似布丁的口感、味道平淡，就是坊間稱作的布丁豆花，與原本期待一碗綿密口感加上豆香的傳統豆花，落差頗大。
食用期間，陸續來了幾組看起來像在地人的客人，大多點紅茶，要不就是紅茶數量比豆花多。
這次豆花體驗普普所以給了三顆星，如果下次還有經過的話會嘗試來一杯紅茶。
I was thirsty on the road and stopped the car temporarily by the store. After a check, I found out that it was a well-known store. I waited in line for a while. The boss's attitude was very good. There were two long tables on the scene as seating areas.
I always thought it was a traditional beancurd, but when I got it, it should have a gap with expectations. Have a taste! Hmm~ The pudding-like texture and bland taste are the so-called pudding beancurd, which is quite different from the traditional beancurd that originally expected a bowl of dense taste and bean fragrance.
During the eating period, several groups of guests who looked like local people came one after another. Most of them ordered black tea, or the quantity of black tea was more than that of Douhua.
The Douhua experience is so popular this time, so I gave it three stars. If I pass by next time, I will try a cup of black tea.
