平日幾乎沒有什麼人，看書報、雜誌都很清幽。
會提供一些地方性文藝活動訊息，也會舉辦一些活動課程、電影賞析，在臉書粉絲專頁上都可以看見相關訊息。
夏天冷氣不一定會開放，冬天窗戶打開、有電風扇就還算通風。
自修室使用率較高，多半會有國中生、高中生來念書。

There are almost no people on weekdays, reading newspapers and magazines are very quiet.

Summer air-conditioning is not necessarily open, and the winter windows are open and the fans are fairly ventilated.
The use rate of self-study rooms is relatively high, and most of them will have students from middle school and high school.
