份量夠，速度也超級快。尤其加一點辣超讚。
I really like it. It is Dounan's favorite eel noodle.

第一次在評論上看到鑊氣、鍋氣 原本不知道是什麼
結果吃下去第一口就感受到了 真的很濃郁
雖然端上來的賣相不是很好
但吃下去以定是會喜歡的?
麵條不會煮得太軟爛 鱔魚也是有一定的脆度
（個人不喜歡整盤爛爛的食物）
原先吃的幾口會先享受滿滿的鑊氣
吃到中後會感受到他的甜味

肉質挺脆的，有鑊氣。
