2021/7/8在全國電子購買了一台
iPad Air 256GB WiFi 版太空灰
購買後因為平板的系統故障「麥克風異常 」
導致無法進入line會議室上課的窘境
「顯示聽筒發生問題」
買的是WiFi 版 所以社群網站皆無法通話了
這很明顯平板本身就有問題並非人為因素
發現問題後致電蘋果客服至少5次
蘋果客服人員建議我的方式都試過
但就是無法通話
礙於工作需要2021/7/28決定至門市送修
2021/7/27送修前一晚也有清楚的錄影存檔
確定平板外觀是全新無刮痕的
2021/7/28送修當下店員也是把外觀很仔細檢查一次
確認無任何外觀上的問題即幫我處理送修流程
2021/8/11
取平板時當下在門市看見送修回來的平板
背面跟下方喇叭孔的地方
都是像石灰水潑過那樣的污損(白色污損)
因為第一次買平板就遇到這種事
當下嚇到也完全不記得要拍照存證
圖片是打電話詢問店長
得到唯一一張照片
下方喇叭孔全是白色滲進去的液體(沒拍到)
當下店員也處理不掉
告知要直接送回去原廠做處理
2021/8/25中午又致電去門市詢問平板送修進度
店員告知:因為神腦把我的平板寄到新加坡去鑑定
要到9月中應該才能收到
2021/9/2 全國維修部打給我
告知:更換一台全新工廠出來的良品機給我
平板外觀她都仔細檢查過了
看起來都很新我可以隔天去門市取貨
2021/9/3當下至門市取平板的時候檢查才發現
鏡頭有一個非常明顯的刮傷
正下方的充電的裝置裡面有藍色的異物
致電全國電子客服人員表示:他們不負責外觀的部分
客服人員完全沒有做任何處理
也建議我直接跟消保官申訴
前後撥打無數次客服電話反應此次事件都無從回覆
這期間全國電子維修部跟神腦一直互相推託責任
客服人員告知:本來更換良品機就不負責外觀毀損的部分
功能正常可以使用即可
試問:大家如果因為剛買了一台全新的平板
平板本身內建功能發生問題送修後
一台完整全新的平板外觀卻被弄污損
第二次換機器又有鏡頭刮傷及充電孔內有異物的問題
大家能接受嗎?
(畢竟當初購買的時候是全新商品)
還是大家會默默把平板帶回家
裝作沒有看到這些刮痕及污損呢?
奉勸各位要在此店購買蘋果商品請三思
這件事已經向地方消保官申訴也是無效
只能自認倒楣買了一台全新平板送修要等快五個月 得到的是一台刮傷的良品機

There is also a clear video archive the night before delivery for repair on July 27, 2021
Make sure that the appearance of the tablet is brand new and scratch-free
On July 28, 2021, the clerk will also check the appearance very carefully.

When I took the tablet, I saw the tablet returned for repair at the store.
At the back and below the horn hole
All are stained like lime water splashed (white stain)
Because I encountered this kind of thing the first time I bought a tablet
I was so scared that I didn’t even remember to take a photo for evidence

The clerk can't handle it right now
Tell you to send it back to the original factory for processing
Called again at noon on August 25, 2021 to the store to inquire about the repair progress of the tablet
The clerk told: Because Shennao sent my tablet to Singapore for identification
I should not receive it until mid-September

Inform: Give me a replacement machine from a brand new factory
She has carefully checked the appearance of the tablet
They look very new. I can pick up the goods at the store the next day.

The lens has a very obvious scratch

Call the national electronic customer service staff to say: they are not responsible for the appearance part
The customer service staff did not do anything at all
I also suggest that I directly appeal to the consumer protection officer

During this period, the National Electronic Maintenance Department and Shennao have been evading each other's responsibilities

The appearance of a complete brand new tablet was stained
The second time the machine was changed, there were problems with the lens scratches and foreign objects in the charging hole.
Can everyone accept it?
(After all, it was a brand new product when I first bought it)
Or everyone will silently bring the tablet home
Pretend not to see these scratches and stains?
I advise you to think twice if you want to buy Apple products in this store
This matter has been appealed to the local consumer protection officer and it is invalid
I can only think that I am unlucky to buy a brand new tablet and have to wait as long as five months for repairing. What I got is a scratched good product.

花了四千多元更換才用了一年五個月的大金機板.
全國電子開始裝電電不回應!推託態度讓人失望!
想說全國電子服務好.口碑好.看來都是表面~
以後還是相信長輩的話找鄰近電器行就好...以免成為電器孤兒...
